By creating an account or using FemMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of FemMed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About FemMed
FemMed is a free, privately operated medication tracking service. It is designed to help users organise and monitor their personal medication schedules.
FemMed is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind. Nothing within the application should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your medication or health.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use FemMed, in accordance with Austrian law. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts where we have reason to believe this condition is not met.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your account with others.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. User-Submitted Content

- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are not submitting content that is false, misleading, or harmful
- You are not infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights
We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted medication entries and accept no liability for errors or omissions in content you provide. You remain solely responsible for the information you enter into the application.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FemMed only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service
- Attempt to disrupt or degrade the performance of the service for other users
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these conditions, without prior notice.
7. Availability of the Service
FemMed is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, and accept no liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian and applicable EU law, FemMed is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- The service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available
- Any medication data within the application is complete, current, or accurate
Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Mustermann (operator of FemMed) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to health-related decisions made based on information within the application, data loss, or service interruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian consumer protection law.
